Investing in Power-to-X
As a project development company, we have a growing portfolio of Power-to-X projects across Finland and select international markets.
We provide investors with attractive, large-scale investment opportunities in the green transition yielding long-term contracted infrastructure-like returns. We are the partner of choice for project development in Finland.
We leverage our strong relationships with local stakeholders, in-depth knowledge of the Finnish energy market, and a talented team to expertly de-risk each project. We are happy to explore potential partnership opportunities with prominent investors both on the individual project level as well as on the platform level.
Flexens as a company
Flexens is primarily owned by the French green hydrogen producer Lhyfe SA, a publicly listed company that currently holds 49% of Flexens’ shares. Lhyfe brings substantial expertise from developing, building, and operating green hydrogen projects. The remaining shares are held by Flexens’ founders, a consortium of Finnish research institutes, energy system experts, bioeconomy and circular economy specialists, and local partners involved in the Smart Energy Åland project.
